I was the officiant for my nieces wedding on October 1, 2022. I wanted to do something unique and special for her, so I asked the owner if she could create a blessing with the intent of uniting the 2 families and supporting Katie and Trey’s desire to start a family.
She delivered a customized, blessing that was beyond my expectations! Each of the 12 earthly herbs, crystals, or flowers were individually packaged, numbered for their place in the blessing, and had a hand written tag explaining the meaning and purpose for their inclusion in the blessing. The owner sent them in 2 gorgeous wooden box with keys and the word LOVE. Both Fathers, Mothers, Brothers, Sisters, and Katie and Trey added their piece to a foundational clear glass block, as the blessing was recited, during the ceremony. Katie and Trey sealed the block with wax and their thumb prints.
They now have the block prominently displayed with all of the beautiful contents in their home as a daily reminder of their love and their families love, just as they experienced it on their wedding day! I am happy to share that Katie is pregnant and will have a healthy, vibrant new addition to her family in September of this year!
